Hard training yields great results.  There is no denying that anything worth having involves the proverbial blood, sweat and tears.  Hard for hards sake can also leave many beaten and discouraged.  Train smart and hard.  We understand where and when to turn the dial up and not quit.  We also know WHY we do

Most gyms and trainers don’t care.  The stories, the testimonials, the pitch, the challenge, the system, are all business practices used to maximize dollars vs. hours.  Fit as many bodies in per sq ft as possible.  The Gym is a business.  But our business is built squarely around operating in a way where we can guarantee we give our best possible product to every person who walks through our doors.  No compromise to you, ever

 

“better every day”

We strive to leave the gym a little bit better every day.  Day in and day out.  Not just in times and personal records.  Pure ego and chest pumping alone is not smart training.  We do value breaking our own records.  When we do, it’s special.  But we become better every day by striving to push our physical and mental boundaries without breaking down in body or mind.  When we set ourselves to that mindset, even when our best times and weights are not in the cards, we can still become better

 

“train to be anti-fragile”

Smart training makes us more resilient to what life throws at us.  Yes, it can leave us tired and sore, but it should not be making us beat up and injured.  Time off from hard training yields the same result as not training.  The goal is to train to always be able to handle more, not find out how much you can handle before you break.
